Client portal with documents, tickets and communications

Dedicated site per client: proposals, contracts, deliverables, support tickets, centralized communication. Controlled external sharing.

The pain

What it costs you today

In a professional-services firm with 180 active clients and USD 24M in annual revenue, the relationship with each client gets lost across email, WhatsApp and the folder each account manager keeps on their personal laptop. When an account manager leaves, the history is lost: the client goes 3 weeks without contact, the new managers rebuild the context blind, and in 2 cases last year we lost the client because the successor did not know which proposals were still pending. Account management loses 12 to 16 hours a week consolidating client status in Excel, while presales has no visibility into what each account has been proposed. "If you ask me today why client 47 buys X from us, I have no way to answer" is the VP Sales's response. How much revenue do we fail to renew?

The value

What changes when you have it

Each client has its own dedicated SharePoint site with controlled external sharing, where signed proposals, active contracts with renewal date, per-phase deliverables, support tickets, archived formal communications and satisfaction feedback live side by side. The incoming account manager opens the client portal and has the complete context of the last 4 years within 30 minutes, without having to ask the predecessor to brief them. Presales sees what we proposed and what was signed, and the VP Sales sees a book-of-business health dashboard. The visible output is the portal with search plus the account dashboard. The solution is in production at a B2B firm with 220 clients where the last mass account rotation closed without revenue loss. The investment pays back with the first account saved in a handover.
